Rhys Christensen, CCIM, CSM

Rhys Christensen is the Asset Manager for RPC Properties portfolio of commercial investment properties. He is the managing broker overseeing all sales, development, management, leasing and financial operations. Rhys has 32 years of commercial Real Estate experience in Northern Colorado. He was a partner at Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services for 22 years. He founded RPC Properties, LLC in 2013.

Rhys is a board member of the Community Foundation of Northern Colorado and has been a Director of Verus Commerce Bank since its inception.

Angie Carney-Graves

Angie Carney-Graves is in charge of Property Management at RPC Properties, LLC. She manages tenant relations, vendors and maintenance throughout the portfolio. Angie also handles all accounting functions at the firm. 

Angie has 20 years of commercial Real Estate experience in Northern Colorado.  She has worked with Rhys the last 18 years.
